Polka Dots in a Parking Garage

If my accidentally clenched fists didn't give it away already, it is freezing outside. It is entirely too cold to even think about wearing a dress today so I wore jeans for the millionth time this month. Don't get me wrong, I love when it starts to get cold because that results in tights, thigh highs, and layering but when it's this frigid outside the only thing I don't regret leaving the house in is jeans. But when mother nature limits your outfit options, wear your favorite shirt because that guarantees a good day, right?
